I have the 130V2 comps and I couldn't really tell the difference between them and the K2's. The 130s even have the same tweeter and crossover. Unless you have a thing for yellow, you can be very happy with the Polyglass line. Same with the subs. Unless you're looking for a sub with the ability to get up to 1000 Hz, which most people don't, the 33V2 Polyglass sounds amazing.
I love my Focal amps, esp the FP 4.75. Audison also sounds amazing, as does McIntosh. If you're looking at Audison, check out the LRx 5.1k!

If your looking to spend that kind of money, also take a look in Hertz, their Hi-Energy line will be similar to the Polyglass line of focal w/o the high price.
but as 97'scort said, the focal polyglass is a great line. So unless your doing some comps or have more money to spend, the Polyglass sub would be great, as in comparason. The Hertz Hi-Energy 12, would be very good too.
But if you want to save some money, and have a chance to, take a look at the new Energy car audio stuff.
