drivers up high can sound very good, there are some obvious concerns that should be addressed during install but if done properly can word very well....in fact at our show on the weekend the amatuer car that won used a mid and tweeter mounted off the pillar
some of the best sounding cars in North America have Dash mounted speakers..
Matt Roberts, and Dave Brooks.. just to name a few.. Fozzz has one 2 world championships as well with them as well.
Obviously they need some though, and Trial and error. But it appears to me that those who question it on here lack Audio Aptitude anyways, LOL.. But hey WTF do i know other than the fact that my look like they came with my vehicle, and you could pick the Vocalist nose the imaging is so good.
Don't worry about all the hater's, jules you are heading in the right direction with this build, keep up the hard work!

Oh I'll be there - embarrassed to show off my system - I'm looking forward to hearing FOZZ's car b4 he starts his SPL ventures (the gist I got from reading other posts). Anyways my RockfordFosgate 3sixty.2 just came in so I'm hoping it will add some depth to mysystem!
I think you should compete in the show.. judges are very helpful with ideas to help you improve you sound, and install... get that 360 in there, I am sure that there will be many guys that are willing to help you tune it up...
For sure. Judges are there to help. I dont think I will be judging at this show, but I will give you my 2 cents as well.
