I recently purchased an image dynamics IDMAX12d2 V.2 and I have a question, what is the difference between the V.2 and the V.3? So far all is see is the cone being different, is there much of a difference in SQ or spl output between the 2?

the V3 is supposed to be more efficient, and be a litle smoother, the V4 should be even better... if they ever get around to releasing it.

Thanks you, after spending alot of time researching other subs I realized that the IDMAX12D2 was truly the only sub that was going to give me the reliability, sound quality, spl, and power handeling that I wanted for the amount of money I was looking to spend.
