And umm Ill try to explain that picture better
Regular vent's ports etc have the Sub and Vent Placed On the same plane (usally the front)
I want to place my vent on the opposing plane (the back side)
Im just weary that it will rip my woofer apart

Thats and average vent, see hows its on the front? I wanna move the vent to the back to make a better preportion of the sound towards the cab of the car instead of just in the trunk.

I don't know a lot about boxes other than they have to be right or its garbage. 
I don't think you can just take a port that used to be front and turn it around to face the back. Sounds like a phasing nightmare.
Looks to me like it needs a whole new box designed specifically for your appication.
There is a whole section on here for box design, I'll bet some of the pros could build you exactly what you want.
