I've got the Q series Comps and yeah, the tweeters are very hot, but they do sound great. My next setup will be focal K2P's all the way!

Have you listened to either comps you're refering to? I haven't so I can't really comment on that... but in most cases, it really comes down to what you believe sounds better.

I vastly prefer Focal -- I wouldn't use a free pair of MB Quarts

MbQuart my favorite. Whoever thinks they sound bad or bright or wouldnt use them for free really either dont have a clue or never heard them in a real competition system. You dont win countless awards being anywere near a bad speaker.
