IMO there are two companies who should be judged on their own merits. They are oddly named the same and sometimes have very similar offerings but as I have opined before - the gear makes the company, not the other way around.

Mr baillie, the MDT 33 32 and various other drivers were actually diesighned by an MIT student named Seth Holob in BROOKLINE MASSACHUSETTS HIRED BY MIKHAEL SHABANI!
when morel was one company mikhael hired a student from MIT do work with meir in israel. from there mikhael marketed, and paid for all the products, and was also part of the manufacturing of it all.
as for the MDT 30. mikhael shabani made that in his lab in brookline!
now im not saying that hes the only man behind the inventions of the drivers, because meir deffinatly invented some drivers. but what i am saying is that they did it together because they were partners.
now mr. baillie let me ask you. if you were 50% owner of a company with your cusin and u invented many products with him and then you split and you bought his shares of the company... wouldnt the compant be yours??? wouldnt the designs belong to you? aside from that fact, if you invented some of those drivers and were responsible for the development of some of those drivers, wouldnt you say that you are somwghat owner of them??? its simple really....
morel usa is morel. the products are morel. morel was a 2 part colaberation. and if it wasnt for seth and mikhael, there wouldnt be a morel at all.

that mdt 33 you see in the website is a picture from when they were together. they just never updated the pics thats all.
at the time morel used that logo. but mow morel usa is triing to distance themselfs and have people differenciate between the two morels. if both componies used the same logo, it would be anarchy.
but that doesnt mean that just because morel usa isnt showing the logo that they arent the real morel, they just decited it would be a good idea if they didnt create more confusion...
in reality morel usa ownes the logo because they bought the shares 10 years ago... but meir is still using the logo, and thats what the whole fight is about...

Also why does it say he started his own company in 73, which means it was started before morelusa started (date provided on there website).
Sorry but if i had to choose between what you say, and what a published paper says.. I have to believe the paper is the truth.

the D-28 was invented by dynaudio by a man named Ivan Scanning. if you dont belive me call dynaaudio and ask them they will tell you. meir mordechai never worked at dynaudio ever. if you dotn belive me call him and ask him. AND 1976 was actually when morel was started in iseael. and then in 1978 meir and mikhael introduced morel to the american/canadian market in the 1978 CES show in chicago...
offcorse eltim audio would say that, they are the morel israel distribuator they say whatever morel isarel say to them...
