I'll bet you 1k you can't tell the difference between a 320 mp3 and a store bought CD in a car

You can try ABXing original files with mp3 rips using foobar 2000's abx comparator and decide for yourself if it's transparent or not. It's quite a revelation to most honest minded individuals when they realize that they can't tell the difference between relatively low bit rate( 128 kbs vbr) and original files...even in a quiet place with good headphones.

Damn I wish you were here so I could take your money!

Let me say this though, not all 320kbps mp3 are equal, it's all about the transparency of the encode!
