Some provide good power, i enjoyed mine, good power for the buck. In my opinion it didn't provide the best sound quality.. I was using the 2005 model.

Could you describe the car a bit for me please ?
How big is the trunk , are you willing to take out the spare tire ( if there is one) . Thought about putting in 2 4-channel amps ? Ever heard of Steg ? Italian amps , great sq and enough power . But just a thought .

Well, the trunk is quite large, maybe the size of a Grand Prix....or a bit smaller.....The Alero is about the same as a Malibu roughly.
I've heard of Steg but I was under the impression they were expensive....kinda in the same class as Brax and Audison. Of course, if I was gonna spend that much I'd most likely buy Audison or Zapco.
The spare is in the floor and I will likely put the amps there, but I haven't figured it out yet because I don't know whats going to look best with the sub box which is a closely guarded secret and it's location cannot be revealed
As for my DRX 9255, I'm not sure what I'll do with it, it's close to mint like 9/10 cosmetically and 10/10 mechanically although there is some problem with the power supply.....the accessory wire doesn't work so you have to power the deck by twisting the power and acc wire together and running them off the battery of the car....and the remote wire doesn't work.

We got a Grand Prix a few years ago(holliday in Florida) , and I wasn`t impressed by the trunksize !

I'm not getting the Alero....well, not that particular one anyway, it's not the car I thought it was after a 1.5 hour drive.
Soooooo, looking at an 04 Alero and Grand Prix's now.
