New Iasca Rules Coming!
The EPX2 had a similar function where it would change eq presets at a certain volume level. No secret there.
I don't really mind the new rules. Very much like the days of old when IASCA and SQ was BIG!

I am tired of the systems, there is no reason that a good sq system shouldn't hit 135 dB nowadays with power being so cheap. Maybe I am spoiled form demoing systems with Markey Dietrich, but I believe even SQ systems should have some *****, and that making a car show quality can only attract new competitors.
You are right, most systems are quite capable of that, but from what I understand and read in another forum, Moe from Iasca has been saying something about the fact that SPL will be full range?! I'm not so sure what how this will work, but if your front stage can make volumes like that, well there is a whole lot of speakers going on up front cause a standard 2 or 3 way set is not going to do that!
I hope that there is more clarity on this coming soon.

Well...... for SPL, full range with musical tracks (Trk:30,31 from the 06 Iasca disc) is used.
