I agree that 135db is bloody loud - my point is that a decent comp set should handle that for under 30 seconds with no problems at all.
A simple incandescent bulb inline with a tweeter will not, in my opinion, audibly affect SQ. Most component sets, including high dollar ones, include them so they can't be all bad..

The light bulb has a sonic characteristic of its own..... and I wouldn't recommended if you're building an all out SQ system. They are used in some of the mid end products like Kef or Bose etc but not Wilson Audio Watt Puppy 7, X-1 or JM Lab Be etc. </font>
At regular listening levels (ie before the lightbulb starts working) one will not hear it's presence. It is a mere length of wire.
Also, higher force motors with lighter diaphragms = more control so these should be more tolerant of high power forays. Most drivers are thermally limited anyway and even a 1" coil should tolerate that power.

Pick up a set of Focal Be and play at 135db for 30 sec.
I'll supply the Audio Control analyzer, source/amplifier and you supply the speakers.

You need to go back and read the earlier post.......

yes you have to play your system full range, in other words you cannot shut off the mids and highs. But you don't have to hit 135 from 20-20K, as long as you hit 135 at any frequency with the complete system playing you get the points. People were capable of this 10 years ago, but nowadays the whiners don't want to spend a few extra bucks to have a system that meets the requirements
