im looking to buy a sub/subs and amp was just wondering what i should be looking for. i want nice loud crisp bass..the type you can hear from a block away

...so any suggestions would be helpfull

Budget would help. To some people your question reads this is a open wallet, make me a system like no other. To others it might mean I want the best with the least.

i have heard some crappy gear sound good blocks away just make a freaking long port and u can do that

Work with a shop and installer you trust if you're not sure. It ain't tough to do what you want, and you don't need a lot.
