You can try running them off the deck - it's easy enough to add an amp later....which you will because you'll probably be disappointed with just deck power..

At the very least, the new speakers will be better than the stock ones.

horns are great, if you have a good location to mount them.
Also, this ebay seller is in the USA, unless you want to pay hogh shiping fees, broker fees, etc. Buy Canadian, preferably locally, and from somebody advertising on CCA.

For $30 they won't be great horns, you do know you'd need a dedicated midrange and mid-bass driver to go along with them, right?

Unless you are prepared to put a lot of time and effort into the install horns are a pain to setup correctly......

wow... um interesting brand... never heard of it... $29 for 2 .... 500 watts... I suspect you will be somewhat disappointed in this purchase

the spelling on the ad is kind of special too

"**EXTREMELY HIGH PWOERED**"
"These are extremely high powered with 500 watts. Most tweeters are .5" or .75" but these will go waaayyy louder than those. These also product much better sound quality, and last much longer. "

Pretty sure I ordered my amp from him, got hit with about $50 in duty on a $100 purchase.
I would love to try those 6x9's if they were not $150
