rear fill is useless or not

^^^^Couldn't agree more...^^^

...Although....there still is something magical about a front soundstage which has height above the dash and out onto the hood and beyond the A-pillars all with placement accurate imaging...I know I like it and that's good enough for me, it's really about your knowledge of what is good, and if you care enough to insist on that...a lot of people settle for WAY less than what they REALLY like, and are happy enough with that because it still allows the soul of the music to be enjoyed.

When you are using Dolby Pro LOgic II in your car sound which is Two channel, listen to the rear speakers. They sound like am radio which makes for better depth in your vehicle. You don't have to fade anything just adjust your gains and away you go.

if your speakers are installed CORRECTLY, and they are not crap... they will NOT.. sound like they are coming from your knees,which is what i was stressing about good speakers, and proper install

I know very little on that subject so I tend not to question Brad when it comes to stuff like that.
