not dislike just trying to educate the masses. your cars have won at the highest level with good gear, now you change amps and you are trying to say that is now better,, come on. maybe more power which you are interpreting as better sound. but it just makes me laugh that you think that way.. hell arc audio is a good amp, no better no worse than anything eles.period. you guys are making it out to be the end all be all of amps... thats were iam comming from... so you win with arc this yr. and next yr, you will like brand x and they will REALLY make you system come alive..... you want to make a difference in sq then change you speakers to a better brand,... hybrid is good but it aint the end all be all of speakers, there are alot better for alot less... so again lots of room for improvement.. i think your cars are just sonically well built and thats why you win, it has nothing to due with the gear. you can put in kenwood amps with dayton audio speakers and still win with your cars.. they are that well built.. so from my point of view, its more about proper execution and good sound design and the gear comes second..

Nothing in Goalie_35s car is from the sales floor. I am confident that he could build a car from sales floor gear though and be very competitive though. Product doesn't have to be hard to get to be good.

I don't have a problem with FS or any other shop. Just trying to get under you skin (seemed to work).
I don't want to get in to the all elegronics sounds the same debate with you. We obviously have different experiences with gear. But for the record, I have less power now, compared to when I had the JL amps. I don't think I've ever reviewed an amp and and given my impression before. I gave my opinions before I bought the amps, so I feel the test was unbiased.
I actually find it had to believe people who haven't heard the difference in A/B tests. I invite you to my sound room when it's all done. It should be easy enough to convince you.

As far as Hybrid Audio goes, I would say its among the best car audio companies around today. I don't know what products you've heard from Hybrid, but if you've actually listened to them, you would have to admit they are good. I don't like Focal, but I can admit they build good quality product. To top things off, Hybrid has the best customer service of any company I know of. What are the chances that the average joe consumer, would get a reply from Pioneer if they had a problem? Probably no chance at all. One of the reasons Hybrid Audio is winning more in SQ, is in part due to their customer service. Quality is never an issue either.

without good placement its going to sound like future shop installed it, is what you really meant to say. i currently have ppi amps from 5 yrs ago, why the arc comment.
alot of new people list their equipment, my poll is to get them to understand thats the last thing. what sub should i buy, how about whats the best box construction, or location.

that would be funny to tell the winner his equipment sucked.

Mediocre gear installed properly will outperform top notch gear installed poorly in most cases. This is why I took my time and spent 40+ hours to install my system. I'm sure a lot of competitive SQ guys spend a lot more time than that.

bing bing bing we have a winner...
also for fozz i also think hybrid has the best customer support i the industry.. and thats a strong testement to its founder...i also like there product.. thats why i never dissed it... its good, theres better for less, but no one can offer better support..now i realize scott has to price his equipment for recognition, really who would seriously consider using a 49 dollar tweeter ever tho thats what its worth, so pricing has to match the hype about the product but with hybrid scott backs it up with customer service, so even if he has a good product, all team hybrids help and support can take that transducers install to the next level.. very smart on his part.. but unfortunatly, pioneer will sell 10000 speakers to hybrids one.. and thats where pioneer at this time want to be... no support just numbers..
