sq sealed enclosure

hi there. I have an infinity 12" 1260w reference sub with a recommended sealed box volume of 1.25ft. it is going in the trunk of a honda accord. I was curious to know what parameters /box design will sound the best includeing dampening if necessary and poly fill. I am considering a wedge box design powered by an infinity 1300a amplifier.......price is right..lol any box tips and tricks would be very much appreciated!

just for reference is there much of an audible difference between a shallow and deep sealed box with the same volume. thanks!

Until one gets into extremes, box shape generally makes little difference to the sound. If possible, avoid parallel panels, especially opposite the baffle.

^^i agree. With what you have and want to do, you won't notice any difference with box design (shape). You may want to consider a ported design though, they are more efficient, and sound just as good if not better than sealed boxes imho.
