finally I bought a pair of CDT ES-72i + ES-62i... put my jl audio450/4 seems to be a bit low for this setup

Your JL is no slouch and by no means "low". Excellent amp and produces great power and sound. Just wait and break in those speakers and everything will be beautiful. Like I said before you will get higher sonic improvement when you get yourself a higher end head unit like a 7200 Eclipse than a higher end amp, and I am sure that JL is perfect powerwise in your set-up.

well, the thing is when I put some volume my es-07 start making a strange noise, (like a pop or a burb... something like that) I think that''s because my amp is clipping because I ask him to much in some way.no?

just for fun, what do you think should be the minimal power to go with the es-72i ? 250, 200, 300.. more ?

I am currently feeding my es-062i with 350w (Arc KS300.4 bridged) and they love it. I know someone that have a fully active setup and he using a SQA-4100 bridged to drive is 07, he got the 3rd place in SQ last week-end (Lindsay show). I am sure that they cant handle all that power but the fact there's lots of headroom help. I also tested my ES-062i with my Arc300.2 (180w/ch) and they sounded very good but the midbass was a little less tight.

LP is set at 63Hz -12db at the HU and the HP@3.7kHz (ex-560i).

danm yes I've heard of them!! since then I want to have 2 of them.... probably this summer !? right now I have my 2 SDX10 I love them they have a great low end... but they are not loud enought tp match the CDT.
