Ultimate Speaker, Subwoofer and Processor Post

I prefer soft domes too and would someday really like to own Morel Supremos. I had a pair of Rockford Splitz tweeters though and they are a hard dome I guess you could say and they sounded amazing. I like large format tweets though like the Dynaudio D28 or similar but I look forward to using my new Canton tweets.
Mids are a mixed bag. I've always like my old Rockford Power 4s along with the Audiophile 6.5" for midbass. I have B&W 7" to use in my upcoming system but I haven't heard them yet. And I've always been a fan of the Alpine (Dynaudio) 6062.
For subs, my favorites that I've used so far have been my Rockford Power 12 and my Alpine 6015CX. They both seemed to do everything well. I look forward to using my Alpine 6012 as well.
Processor: personal favorites are the Alpine 3401 and 3656 of which I own, the Alpine 3681/400/700/900 series, the Altec Lansing ALC-20 of which I own (*****! ***** I SAY!) and the original Symmetry and EPX of which were revolutionary for their features when they were introduced.

Ok, this is from what I've heard or used.
Speakers = the junk that Mark Eldridge has in his truck which I have no idea what they are I heard it and liked it alot. Also Earl Z 5-series BMW ........ forget the drivers but liked them tonally a lot !!
Sub = IDW 15" from Image Dynamics, no longer available.
Processor = ????? I've heard both the Alpine 900 and the Arc Audio DXE. I consider both of those to be ultimate but in the setups I heard both in, neither sounded ultimate. So I'm saying those from a spec point of view, which actually shouldn't count.
Sad part looking above, I guess I've never owned anything I REALLY think is ULTIMATE in those catagories.

Ultimate Speaker: A single driver that does 10-50Hz with equal response across the freq range ,that produce sound what my ears think sounds real (as in make recordings sound like when they were recorded) ......I'll take two please
Ultimate Processor: Don't need one...I have the ultimate speaker above
Ultimate Sub: Again don't need one......see above
In real life
Speakers: I am Very pleased with my DLS Iridum 6/5's and tweets
Processing: I have Ranes, although not perfect they do things that I want. I could only ask for adjustable slopes but I own a soldering iron.
Subs: DLS again
Tom: Want IDW 15's........go find a EV dealer these drivers were the standard 15 in thier mid/high cabs in the 90's
