I have an 05 RE XXX 12, and I need a box for it, and I have a 1500W amp. I also have a sealed box for 2 Eclipse SW8200's, using the amp I have they get half the power they need, so I'd need to buy an amp. Should I buy a box or an amp? Looking for SQL.

Will 2 sealed 12" on 750W have more output than 1 ported 12" on 1500W?

 

I vote XXX ported on full power - hands down.

 

I say eclipse subs and sell the xxx to me :P hahah jk!!

 

I would build a box designed specifically for the XXX or have someone build it for you. It will be much cheaper than buying an amp.
