I must be in the wrong place, i thought this was a Car Audio forum.
Don't think anybody even mentioned a problem with air bags, but if they did, i'm sure there would be a place to deal with it, and i don't think it belongs here.

 

Yes but on your car you have that system that tells you that its time to change your oil or your tires are low.

in that kind of car or any buick etc i would just spend the money to keep those feats.

myself and the sort of cars i install on(cavailers)we don't have any of those feats but for the price i got the metra module for i used it.But on other peoples cars they don't care for the chimes and the seatbelt light still flashes etc etc.

hell i have 7 of those Metra VT-GMRC-01 harness'es for those nicer cars

 

i know this has all been settled, but does anybody know if I dont use that $150 dollar module, will the car throw any error codes and turn on any dash lights.

 

That question can't be answered if you don't say what car.

My car, for instance, lost chimes, onstar and turn signal noise, plus security light came on, without a module.

My car is listed in my profile also.

I have a freind who uses redrocket on other forums. He has a 98 Camaro Z28.
