Hi all! I have a question maybe someone will know the answer to. I have a 2003 buick regal with a monsoon system that I really like,except the fact that when I want to turn it up a little the bass just rolls off and gets weak! I want to add a sub in the trunk but nothing ridiculous but something with decent kick to it! I have been considering an epicenter or an enclosed sub with an amp built in, maybe like a 10-12 single sub as I would like to tap into the high input that goes to the 6x9 subs in the rear and turn them into a low input to feed the signal to another amp for the subs or self contained sub and amp combo! I guess what I am asking is if anyone else has done this successfully and achieved a good result? Any feedback on this would be great!
