Hey everybody,
I'm a noob and just got the NOS8. This is a non-amplified subwoofer. It just has 2 wires at the end with (-/+). I was about to start the installation and as curious as I am, I said to myself, what if I put the NOS8 (-/+) wires to my right rear speaker terminals since I can see them? What would that do? Load and behold, the NOS8 was pumping deep bass!!! I didn't have to run wires through the floor or pillars of my car.

Now the question is, is this safe? Is this the right way of doing or half assed? Will this damage the NOS8, will it damage my amp or the factory deck? Anybody chime in on this? Thanks!
