I've bought a off brand Android based head unit for my SUV, and I'd like to add some aftermarket steering wheel controls like these:

What is the best way to tap in to the wires on the harnesses for the ACC, KEY1 and KEY2 lines? Should I use taps like these https://goo.gl/images/6qSSp2, or is there some better way?
