CD stuck in deck but still works :(

So I installed my deck all was fine and everything was working, the next day I noticed the deck was out a bit too much and wanted to fix it so it looked a little more "smooth" I took it out adjusted a few things and put it back in. Now out of the blue I cannot remove the cd. When the eject button is pushed it makes the noise as if it were trying to remove the CD but nothing happens. The wierd thing here is the cd still plays and everything else to do with the deck works also. So I took the top panel off to see if I could see a problem or something that looked odd but I saw nothing out of the ordinary. The deck is a Premier DEH-P930 so only a couple years old. Im not so intrested in getting the cd as I am to getting the deck working again if possible.

Any help would be appreciated or links too some type or solution.

there is a reset button, it will clear everything.
i had a problem with a cold solder joint inside my p-99, that button worked like a charm.
it should be accessable with the detachable face removed(small hole)

The only reset button I found was on the face plate itself and after resetting it, it still didn't want to come out. Any other suggestions?
