Why would 12v computer fans not fit? They come from 60mm x 60mm to 120mm x 120mm and a few sizes in between. The fans I've seen in those K&N things are computer fans too...

Why not elaborate on your requirements so we can help easier?

i will try when i started i was going to have the amps at 90% then i got into doing it then i saw the amps need to sit at a 60% that made whair the fans go 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 not sq .so i need to pipe air in .so a cpu fan will not push the air well into a pipe down to the amp in a 1"pipe

Most amps don’t really need too much external cooling, just a little air exchange to keep the heat build-up down. Are you having thermal issues? Many SQ sanctioning bodies still require external cooling for maximum points, whether needed or not.

There are several manufacturers of portable AC systems which may be of interest, but they are large, $, and clunky. You could re-route some of the rear AC to the amp rack with the PVC pipe or use a corrugated pipe (like a vacuum cleaner/dryer) as stated that may be the best option for AC and for quiet operation.

The other option is to change the mounting to make more room or move the amps for better cooling (usually the amps are located for display and ease of maintenance).
