Dash sub(s) idea's

Anyone have any ideas for an S-10 install?? I am doing a 1980 S-10 regular cab. Going to glass the dash and have enclosures on each end for some compnents and an enclosure in the middle for one or two subs. Anyone done one of these or any suggestions? Wanting something different/original.

I put a 12 in a box that replaced my heater core. Worked better then i thought it would. Only bad part is it only for summer driving now. But i have seen that Princess Auto sells a small heater core (6x6x10 i think) and that might solve the winter driving. For the box i built, part of it went into the engine bay like the core did, so i could get some extra cubic space that i needed for my box. This guy said he didn't care about the heater and I purchased an electric heater from Canadian Tire for $50. It doesn't work very well and I have since talked him into keeping the heater. After removing the heater controls and all the plastic arround it, there should be no problem fitting an 8 in there. Now trying to figure out where to put heater controls. Maybe behind the glovebox door, maybe blend them into the console. Also considered moving the guages to the center.

in my neon i moved the guages to the center and put a 10" woofer in the center of my dash facing the windshield. once you have woofers up front, you will see what byouve been missing
