K well i drove to work today with lots of bass no problems nadda. On my way home from work I notice the bass ain't to loud. So I pull over open my trunk with the music still up and guess what? The Sub AINT MOVIN AT ALL. Nadda works back there I dunno if its the amp or soemthing with the sub or a loose wire??? Everything in the front (and rear 6x9's) work perfectly fine its just the sub & amp combo back in the trunk? So yeah HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!

 

does the amp light come on? could be a fuse, either in the amp or up front by the battery. Check all the conncections to make sure nothing came loose.

 

When i get a chance I'll have to pull off the panel to see if the amp light is on or off.

 

Shez all fixed! [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img] The amp light was on, no fuses blown just a wire come off the sub in the box. Hmmmz .. and apparently my box was made for a different sub cuz if yah look in the port somebody added an extension, so am gettin a crazy *** noise outta the box ?? lol

Try removing the port extension. It will tune the box higher and possibly increase your SPL.

 

I was thinkina bout that but the thing is the extension was added for the sub thats int he box now. They should'a just took out the one and made it all one which i might try and do. So takin just the extension off may ruin something?

I was also just thinking of getting a new box built... anyone wanna be nice to me and build a good one for me cheap? lol Be nice to a gurl lol.

Well I'll be in Oshawa in 2 months thats a little closer lol. Im not a big highway driver especially in Toronto with all the I know how to drive ppl lol (no offence am not talkin bout anybody on here)
