Good day gents,

I have not purchased an amplifier in over 10 years. I used to run PPI/Alpine and now looking at new technology and manufacturers I feel uneducated on what company I should be looking at? Second question;

I am used to installing all my own equipment but with my Dodge Journey I am at a loss on how to go about connecting an amplifier. Its a 2013 with the 8.4 UConnect; Alpine 7 speaker 383watt unit. My goal is to add 2 10's and amp. I have called 2 shops around town and they no very little about the Journey.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
