How do you attach Dacron to your boxes?

I have a dual chamber 2.8 cu.ft. box(1.4 cu.ft. for each 11" sub) and I am going to be installing Dacron. And I was curious, how you guys install it ...do you glue it, staple it, or jsut stuff it in there? I ususally just staple it in.
How much Dacron should I use too?... according to the rule of thumb: 1 pound per cubic foot...so in my case, 1.4lbs per chamber?
