Why not run one on each side of the trunk mounted to the wall.

I did a quick sketch:

 

Too big, that was my original idea, but they take up a ton of room that way.

 

Could you place them side by side in the spare tire well angling out? You would have the amp ends sticking out past the spare tire cover, but you could maybe build a protective casing to cover the exposed ends. I drew a really shitty sketch:

 

Wrap em in a blanket and use them as your back seat

 

Normally I don't like sony at all yet that amp is great....

Maybe, I'm trying to get a guy I know to trade/sell me 3 Sony XES-M50's. If I went that way I'd use one on mid/tweeter, one bridged to each 6, and probably my Genesis Dual Mono buried to run the subs.
