Installers in Vancouver (and area)
Hey there, long time reader and information gatherer.. finally decided to make an account and reach out.
I have done almost 100% of my installs ever since I started driving. However due to living circumstances I live in an apartment and don't really have the resources that I once had to take the time to do things properly.
That being said, I am looking for an installer in the greater vancouver area (don't mind driving), that would do a good job wiring an amp kit to the trunk of my car. I drive a '99 Passat GLS - and although I don't have an amp right now I would like it wired (fuse out of course) and ready to go for when I make the purchase. I don't have the factory amp, so I was thinking of taking the CD Changer out that is in the rear compartment and possibly installing the amp there.
I don't need anything fancy done, just the wires there and good to go for me when I'm ready to put everything in - but most importantly I just want it done right. I also already have an 8 gauge wiring kit.
I would be lying if I said cost wasn't a concern, I would like to keep it reasonable for the work done - but I also understand that you pay for quality work. If anyone can recommend a shop or reputable person and approximate cost (not required), that would be great.
Thanks in advanced for your time.
