I an new to the forum,

I would like to install a navi deck on my 08 335I ,
just wanted to know if anyone has done this before?

From what I have read, many people say this car has optical cables so you can not change the deck??? I think i have the logic7 system but am not sure. Some people on the e90post forum have said it is just a straight plug and play harness but others say its not possible because of the optical cables unless you change all the speakers and add a new amp and run all new wires.

Any help or suggestion would be great before I try to tackle this on my own??
It is a pioneer navi deck I want to install.
