Installing Stereo System in 2004 Honda Pilot

I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if they have installed a basic system in a honda pilot and used the factory sub location. I was just wondering how it sounded aftet it was done. I am wondering if this would be worth it or if I should just get sirius sat radio instead. I currently have a Claron DXZ745MP HU in the vehicle.
thanks

My original plan was to install a 10" sub and a Boston GT-50 amp and Sirius sat radio and then replace the factory speakers as needed. Due to me wanting to use the factory sub location I am wondering if it is even worth doing any of this. Maybe just the sat radio and that is is no bass or amp.
thanks
