Need help choosing an amp and HU

hey, need some help choosing the right amp to power:

Doors:
ES-620 - CDT Audio EuroSport 6.5
power range 150w
frequency response: 55 - 20kHz
Sensitivity: 92.0dB
4-ohm impedance

and Rear Fill (just mids):
Focal 165 PS
4-ohm impedance
80 watts RMS power range (160 watts peak)
frequency response: 60-20,000 Hz
sensitivity: 92.5 dB

Whats a good 4 Channel Amp that would give me clean power to run these?
I'm thinking of getting Alpine CDA-9833 Head Unit.

Thanks

well to be really honest I'm working on a real tight budget. Really hoping to find both the HU and Amp within $400. I don't want anything flashy (ie. no DVD, Nav or bright neon lights) with the HU just as long as I get good SQ I'm happy.

I have a 9833 and it's fantastic... As long as you are going to use it for all it can do.
