Need help setting up an amp?

I have an Audison SR4 that is wired to my front two speakers which are Audison Voce AV K6. I had it professionally installed and was thinking they may have set it up wrong so I just had a few questions.

On the amp is has two RCA cables going into it from the deck. Since it is bridged to two speakers I was wondering if these two RCA's should be split into four and go into all of the Pre in/out ports?

Also there is a switch on the amp that says "B input" this switch is set to off. When I listen to my system and try to change the audio in the front to left or right, the sound stays playing from both the speakers. When I switch this to on I get a very different sound from my front two speakers and when I change the audio to the right or left speaker it only plays out of that speaker and not still out of both. I was just wondering if this switch is supposed to be set to on and they set these settings wrong on my amp or if this is how it should be?

Most 4 channel amplifiers are internally summing. This means that they only need 2 rca inputs and not 4. This is more than likely the case in this amplifier. I suspect that the amp is indeed wiring incorrectly to the output terminals of the amplifier. Go back to the dealer to demonstrate the problem. Ensure that the rca cables coming from the deck are plugged into the correct outputs of the deck (front left and front right).
