I just installed a new JVC touch screen in my car an long with 4 alpine type R 6x8's. I've run all speakers directly to a ken wood 4 ch amp. Rock ford fosgate 4 gage amp install kit. The speakers sound awesome!! HOWEVER, my RCA cables are ran under my center console and back carpet, under the back seat into the trunk where the amp is. My back seats fold down, when I do this half way down the sound goes out, fully down they come back on and vice versa. I did kinda skimp on the RCA's ( they are called "db link") do you think this sounds like bad RCA's or??? Thanks in advance

always make sure you run your pwr/earth cables on opposite sides of the car to the rca's. i'd prob just pull the rca's out and test them running in different locations, you may hav a cut or splice in one of the rca cables.
