I just bought an Alpine 9815 from someone off this board for my 97 Civic and was installing it. So I connected everything and turn on the deck only to hear sound coming from my Sub Woofers but not out of any of my speakers. I connected all the wires properly and my with my old Kenwood deck the speakers/subs/amp was working fine. All I did was rewire to the new harness. Now I can't get the speakers to work with this new deck. I'm running remote wire to the amp , rca outs to the amp , ground , battery + , battery memory and all the speaker wires are connected.

I think the deck's internal amp is turned off. To turn it back on, hold the Function button for 5 seconds and scroll through the menu until you find P-IC. Make sure it's turned on.
