piggyback amps...REM turn on wire

piggyback amps...REM turn on wire

i want to run 2 amps a 4 channel and a 2 channel, heres the Q

I'll be running the rca cable to the deck from the 4 channel amp and the REM turn on wire also to the deck. The 4 channel amp has an rca cable output to piggyback another amp without running another cable from the deck to the second amp, so if i do that, do I have to run a second REM wire from the 2 channel, or will the REM on the 4 channel turn on both amps with the same switch ?

You wont have to run a second rem from the deck. What you have to do to turn on the second amp is run the rem from the first amp (which is connected to the deck) to the second amp...See Below...

i havent really installed car audio other then replacement speakers
