figured maybe someone here can help me out with this

I just bought a '95 Integra which came with an Alpine alarm system which probably comes from around the same time that the car was made. Now the alarm works fine and all, but the keyless entry is a little problematic.

When I first got the car, the keyless would lock and unlock with the arm and disarm of the alarm. Now it will lock all the time with the arm function, but it will never unlock when I disarm. Anyone have an idea of what's happening? Did I just screw something up with the functions on the alarm?

thanks

probably a loose wire. Usually due to install, I would take it to a local alpine shop, and pay to get 'er fixed.

either a loose wire, or a set screw came loose, which holds the actuator onto the rod.

and now it has randomly started to work again

guess, I can't complain

hey, does anyone know where to get a replacement remote for an Alpine alarm? This whole light grey with green button remote isn't getting along too well with me.

I've seen regular black remotes on the net that replace it, anyone know a cheap place to pick one up at?
