I have an install situation where I'm using one 2 channel amp to power the front and rear speakers (running 2 speakers off the left cahnnel and 2 off the right).

Does anyone know a way to reduce the volume of the rear speakers with the least amount of sound degradation? I'm trying to get more staging up front.

Thanks

Are the rear speakers coxials running full range? Maybe put a coil in line with each of them to cut out some of the high end, maybe? I don't know if you would want to add a ceramic resistor in line with each rear speaker, as it would turn your power into heat, I believe:

Agreed, I would not run rear ones at all, or deck power, but it looks like you are using a dead head. I have a tiny little old school Yamaha car amp, 18 watts a side if you need something down the road.
