Greetings and salutations;

Just have a quick question. (why did I shiver run down my back just now?)

I have a Ford Econoline 150 and I currently have two 12 inch MA Audio subs in a ported box sitting behind the driver's seat facing backwards. When I got it installed I figured, "It's a van, tons of space, probably won't run into too many problems." so it was just put in the corner. Now I'm running into space issues often enough to get me to do something about it.

What I would like to do is find some way to mount them (either together or seperate) from the roof and face them forward. Has anyone tried this or seen it done?

I'm sure I'm not the first to ask, but I've searched the forums and haven't found anything relevent. I know that there is at least one person here that has an econoline (BigRedGuy), hopefully they could shed some light.

I've seen stuff put into vans attached at the roof... (TV's, speaker bins, bunk beds, ect...)

You could screw a piece of MDF or ply to the roof and screw your box to it...

I'd be very carfull to make sure it's secure....
