speaker's not playing sound???

speaker's not playing sound???
I just put in a new CD player and now none of my speakers are playing they all worked fine before with the factory CD player. Its a Honda element ex 03 any ideas???

Its a milion d2229 I have had it hooked up in my last car for maybe a week worked great when I took it out and now I hooked a separate speaker to it and it played no probe

Does the car have the 4 speaker system or the 7 speaker system?

Did you use a wiring harness adaptor? If so, which one?
