A buddy of mine has hired me to make a sub box. He likes the work i do and i guess im cheaper too... Anyways he just wanted a plain jane box and im like lets stealth it, so in thoery no one can see it and he can still use the back to hual stuff around. Ive convinced him to put a sub where the spare tire is in the back(inside) of the suv. So its goin to be round, what i need to know. For every circle I cut out do i just glue it to the other cut out, or do i also use screws to secure the layers together? and has anyone done this? I have an idea on what to do, but i have not found any pictures of one being made. And would 1" be better to use than 3/4", i know there is goin to be alot of waist material in this project, but i think it will be nice to do. plus if it works, ill make one for my suv too.

Yup thats the box i wanted... thanx for the link! it looks like this one has dual 8" in it ot are they 10s? im goin to be putting in a single 12" for the one in goin to do, so ill probably have to put sum filler in it to get the right size of enclosure

you talkin about doing a box like Mr. Baillie has in his suburban ???

or you mean a box in a spare tire well, if so I believe most people make those from fiberglass
I love every bit of that suburban install, the stealth work was awesome didn't even think about it as a possibility but that was a really well done install Question is, is it loud or sound really good even though the box isn't very big or ?
