the up button (next song) and higher volume buttons constantly work, but the down button (previous song) basically never works and the lower volume intermittently works. anyone have any ideas on why that is or what I could do to fix it?

 

did u ever spill anything on them? if you can find it spray some contact cleaner in between the buttons maybe.

 

I did not. i'm sure the button works too since if I take it in to get fixed it'll work constantly for a day or two and then stop.

 

they also worked constantly for a few hours a week ago when my battery died. no one has any ideas what could be up?
