I have a pair of 10" Alpine Type R's that I plan to get up and running within a week or so.(they are the 300rms model) Since this is my first system I just want to clear things up with breaking in a sub. Is it necessary for all subs to have a break in period? How do you go about breaking in a sub, and how many hours of play does it take before the sub is broken in?
