Suggestions for Wiring, Cap, Extra Battery

Hey Everyone,

New to car audio and did tons of research over the past 5 months for my first system (getting car beginning of May). Just put my order through today so I should have the system within about eight days. I'm going to be wiring it myself and purchased a Car Stereo Installation DVD which I haven't received yet.

I'm looking for suggestions as to what type of wiring I should order, lengths for RCA's and Power Wire, inline fuses, whether I need a capacitor, a second battery, and general wiring advice. Also, should I upgrade the alternator and if so, to what? It's all going into a '97 Honda Prelude 2-DR. I will likely be putting the amps in the trunk, however if that doesn't work out I may try mounting them under the front seats. I would prefer the trunk though. Also installing Dynamat Xtreme in the trunk and doors. I would like the highest possible quality components without needing to spend tons of money.

Here's what I got:

Sony CDX-GT650UI (front, rear, sub outs) + Dash Kit & Harness

1x Vibe Audio SPACE6 (3-way components, 260W RMS)
1x Vibe Audio BlackBox Stereo2 Amp A/B (110W RMS x 2 @ 4ohms)

1x Vibe Audio SPACE12 (12" Dual-4ohm Sub, 1000W RMS)
1x Sub Box - 1.8 cu. ft vented 3/4 MDF enclosure, tuned to around 32 Hz
1x Hifonics Brutus BRZ1200.1D Class D Monoblock (900W RMS x1 @ 2 ohms)

All help is appreciated. Thanks!
