where to run speaker wires?

i have a Pontiac sunfire GT and im planning to add a 4 channel amp soon to power my speaks so i want to run all my speaker wires before hand so i can jsut hook up at the amp and speaks when i get my amp.....anyway my question is where does everyone run their speaker wires to keep them away from the signal cables? im running the basic setup of rca's down the passenger side under the plastic trim...... and power to the amps down the drivers side...where should i run the speaker wires from the door speakers to the amp without running paralell to the signal cables? BTW my 4 channel will be mounted in the trunk

should i try to run the rca's down under the centre console and under the carpet in the backseat and then put the speakers wires down the passengers side?

In both my cavaliers, I ran the RCA's down the middle, under the carpet and back seat.
Power & remote, down the drivers side, since thats the side with the battery and the CD changers cable on the passager side.

left door speaker cables on the left side, right door speaker cables on the right side.

I personally think if you are going to spend a bit of time playin with the system anyways, why not just pull the seats out for a bit, pull the carpet out for a bit, then tape down yer power/remote/RCA/speaker wires in places that give you alot of headroom to play with. That way if you decide to make changes later, your center console and sides of the car are free to make it easier in the future.
I say this as a hypocrite, as i havent done this myself yet. However, i do have some time off work, so i guess tomorrow my seats and carpet are comin out. Raining today, so doin that kinda stuff is out of the question. hehe i gotta get a garage.
