Damn!!! The MS-8 looks like a serious no nonsense piece of kit.The specs and performance sound impressive! Are you selling your car on with the ALL the kit included and starting again from scratch? I see what you mean by more space. The 2007 GTi is a nice car but somewhat compact. I was looking at a 1988 AUDI Quattro prior to the Scimitar. Its the one with a 5 cylinder engine and wheel flares. Yep,you got it! I do like to read. That would be great if you could send me some links.THANKS!!

They are quite a few processors, heck, even some head unit (deck) can do the processing. Yes If do sell the car, everything goes with it and I start from scratch again, keeps me busy lol...the 1988 AUDI Quattro looks nice. Ok I will send you some links.

Clearly Ive been out of the hi-fi loop for some time because it just feels like star trek when I look at some of theis stuff.I basically want to avoid deviating from the style of my car interior while keeping abreast of some of the later innovations. I just want to grab everything!!

Yeah man, will. I wont be phased by the packaging. Its still the same stuff at the end of the day and if anything just more practical and efficient.
Ive ordered a Sound Storm Laboratories EV2.200 200-watt 2 channel power amplifier with high/low crossover. The plan is to run this from my head unit and play either with some subs or some beefier speakers mounted in the rear of the car. There are two wells in the floor that were tool and storage spaces and I think some speakers there may enable me to take advantage of the acoustics and flesh out the low end sound.Im also thinking about playing with some tweeters but that will happen once ive established what the sound qualities are with the above plan. This suits my budget at the moment but I feel I may(very likely WILL) end up making alterations and upgrading as I go.Particularly as Im seeing the possibilities that are on the market.
