I think waiting 5 days is unacceptable!!It takes only a matter of hours for a small child to become dehydrated and ill...They knew it was coming...they should have had all available peronsal on standby waiting for the go word!You notice how quickly they got sooo many people out once they got their butts in gear??

I think Kanye or whatever his name is, was talking out his ***...Bush never told anyone to go shoot the blacks...they were given a shoot to kill order...period...pretty harsh, but its a pretty harsh situation....

I'd also like to add that when you have gangs or armed men shooting at helicopters, police, engineers, hospitals I don't negotiating is going to cut it. Therefore, I think under the circumstances shoot to kill was justified.
