Admin says i should say hi

Im new here. looking to get help with audio dilemma. I have already posted it in another thread. Ive always been interested in car audio but never really did a huge project. I had a 1990 Mazda RX-7 and put in an Alpine CDA-9851, Alpine type S speakers and 2-10" Clarion subs powered by a Clarion amp in a custom built box. The Amp was in the middle with the subs angled outwards. The subs were vertical so i put plexi-glass over top of the box with blue LED lights inside to illuminate the system. Why blue? The lights from the amp were blue and Clarion is blue and the backlights on my Alpine deck were blue along with Alpine type S and my Ground FX were Blue LED. Made sence. Before long one sub was blown, the plexi-glass was cracked in a couple spots (too much bass for the thin plexiglass) so between the blown sub and broken plexi-glass it rattled so bad i drove me nuts.

Between disappointment and a lack of funds i just took it out and modified it for the one sub. Now i no longer have the car, sold it after i took out everything i put into it and put the original stuff back in. I knew i wouldn't get the money for the lights, system, time and effort i put into it so why give it away. Now i am taking all that stuff and putting it into my trailer, except the sub...some F _ _ K _ _ G - A_ _ H _ _ E broke into the car and stole it.

Well thats about my story. Hope yours isn't as sad.
