What city is he in?

If you have a number/address use Canada411 to compare/verify them. I'd say it's almost time to make a police repost if we're talking 6 weeks with zero contact and you out money.

I gave a call, he was on his way home from work. I recommended to the female on the other end for him to visit the forum and get this issue rectified. I also made it known that this is also a case of fraud.

To not look after something like this is total BS. Get this resolved and do not use the forum as a tool to continue to rip people off. If I am missing something here, post it up for all to see as so far we only have one side of the story.

Excuses are not welcome either. Audio Rookie, tomorrow morning go to the local RCMP detachment and ask for the Watch Commander as he will have the necessary experience or will recommend a officer on his/her watch that has the necessary experience on fraudulent activity of this type. If no solution is found immediately to this problem and posted for all to see, follow through in the morning with the RCMP. They should then issue a arrest warrant and you will then have your day in court.

I do not recommend you sending anyone to see him except the police.

As posted, give this person a chance to post his side of what is going on. You paid for goods, he took your money. He did not deliver goods. He has not returned money. This is fraud no excuse necessary. To whine about my friend this or family problems has nothing to do with your money and your purchase in good faith. Fraud, plain and simple and a convictable offence in Canada. I'm sure he does not want a conviction on his record for the rest of his life. It definitely does not look good on a resume.

A big x2 on this.

I know everyone gets frustrated and wants to go for the vigilante solution when they have been ripped off, but it's not worth it, especially over money. Let the police and the legal system do their job.

Also, PLEASE follow this up. Internet fraud is so huge, and so many people do not follow it up because they think it's not worth it. I really doubt this is the case here, but there are people that have got away with living off of fraud for years and years. I agree with MR2NR, if you don't have a solution that is to YOUR liking within 24 hours, you should go to the police.

Thank you for letting me know...

I was just avoiding the police because last time I dealt with the police in a hit and run accident with my car NOTHING happened...and I was constantly going to them for updates...the guy that hit my car just got out of prison and had a huge criminal record....but I had to go through insurance companies to get the cash from the accident....also didnt have any sucess when I had a bunch of stereo equipment stolen and i KNEW who the guy was...and some other stuff...I know they are ment to help...but I so far have no good experiances with them.
